Glalumet Company Limited provides aluminum, metal, and glazing solutions tailored to client specifications. All project scopes, timelines, and specifications shall be agreed upon in writing before commencement. Any changes requested after approval may affect cost and delivery timelines.
An upfront payment of 80% of the total project cost is required before any project commences. The remaining 20% balance shall be paid immediately upon project completion and before final handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Project timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including material availability, site readiness, weather conditions, or changes requested by the client. Glalumet Company Limited shall not be held liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, access to the project site, and any necessary approvals. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information or restricted access shall be borne by the client.
All materials supplied remain the property of Glalumet Company Limited until full payment has been received. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services or withholding of final delivery.
Glalumet Company Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except as required by law.
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
